Makerspace · 483 sq ft

A multi use classroom for group settings.

A classroom ready for a class: butcher-block tables with stools and laptops, a long whiteboard wall, sinks, sewing machines and shelves of project bins

An imagined scene, not a photo: The Atrium is under construction now.

Why it’s here

483square feet

This is our focus room amongst the chaos of the makerspace: a quieter, less distracting space for classes, workshops, and focused sessions. It's modular, with walls that open up to grow the open prototyping space or close off to isolate the room. It fits a class of 16 and handles messy work like soldering, painting, or anything that doesn't belong on the open floor. Even when The Atrium is busy we can teach real focused sessions.
